1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZeroPress, you agree to comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use ZeroPress.
These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of ZeroPress after any change constitutes your acceptance of said changes.

ZeroPress is a platform providing automated migration services from WordPress to static Jekyll websites, alongside hosting and deployment configurations.
You commit to using ZeroPress only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for the security of your account, and for all activities that occur under your dashboard.
Using ZeroPress to migrate or host illegal, fraudulent, or copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited.

ZeroPress automates the conversion of your existing data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to export and migrate the provided data.
The user’s data is always the user’s data as stated by the GDPR. We do not claim any ownership over your articles, images, or code. Our service simply transforms your data into a faster, static format.
Data Retention by Tier: To protect your privacy, we enforce strict data deletion policies. For Free Tier migrations, no source or generated data is saved on our servers. For Pro Tier migrations, your data is stored only for 7 days solely for your convenience to download, after which it is permanently purged.
ZeroPress provides tools for tracking migration status, but is not responsible for data lost prior to the export process on your original host.

The ZeroPress platform, its proprietary migration engine (zeropress_tool), and website formatting are the property of ZeroPress and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the automated migration engine without express authorization.
The client retains full intellectual property of their generated static sites and the content within them.

Payments for migration packages (such as the Pro Migration) are processed securely.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the final generated static site or if the migration fails due to our system errors, you can request a refund within 15 days of the delivery. Consult our support for detailed refund procedures.
All prices are transparently displayed at checkout.

ZeroPress provides the migration service “as is”. While we strive for perfect conversions, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the generated static sites.

Your use of ZeroPress is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data handling and GDPR compliance.
