- Free Tier: No source data (XML exports, media) or generated static site data is saved or retained on our servers after the migration process completes.
- Pro Tier: Source data and the generated static site bundle are stored only for 7 days to allow the customer sufficient time to download and review their files, after which they are permanently deleted. We will only retain your basic account/billing personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
